Chris ran the antenatal groups at the children's center that I went to and provided so much information and support both about breastfeeding and the early days of becoming a parent. Chris helped me so much with my first, ensuring the latch was correct and offering a shoulder to cry on in those early days where it seemed almost impossible to carry on, I ended up breastfeeding my first until 22 months and that was largely down to the support that Chris offered in the early days. The support was non judgemental and practical and I felt I could contact her any time if I had concerns. I'm currently feeding my second who is 18 months and although I didn't need support this time round,that was largely down to me remembering the advice Chris had given me the first time . I would recommend her to anyone.
